Responsibilities:
1. Assist the manager in the day-to-day operation of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets.
2. Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store.
3. Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example.
5. Deputize for the manager when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Commercial awareness
2. Excellent leadership credentials
3. An ability to drive sales through your team
4. Good training and development capabilities
5. Desire to progress within our ever-growing business
