Keep reading if this sounds like it's for you We have this opening in our Northern Ireland office where you will report directly to the Country Manager and will oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth, efficient workflows. You will line manager the Administrative Assistant and Distribution Supervisor, ensuring office and distribution operations are executed to high standards Essential Duties and Responsibilities You will set priorities and coordinate work activities for your direct reports to ensure task completion You will provide leadership to your direct reports through coaching and mentoring You will be responsible for order management, ensuring customer orders pulled through to the distribution team You will ensure decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; working with the General Manager You will oversee the renewal of Reproductive Management Services contracts with customers, ensuring renewal reminders are sent proactively You will be responsible for aged-debt reports and liaising with the sales teams to arrange overdue payments You will be responsible for credit management of key customer accounts You will be responsible for stock checks on the Genus order system and book-in product to prioritise customer orders and allocation for distribution You will proactively seek out and identify day-to-day technical and operational matters and resolve You will be responsible for the customer account queries inbox and prioritising these You will support the marketing team with marketing materials for promotional activities Requirements Proven experience as an office manager Line Management experience Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment Motivated, proactive and results driven Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams Ability to make informed decisions using data and sound judgement Confident with I.T. systems and Microsoft Office Business Overview Genus is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer.
