Role Overview
Working for Construo Recruitment, you will be a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management to sourcing and placing top candidates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to placement and post-placement support.
4. Identify and engage with new business opportunities to expand Construo Recruitment's client base.
5. Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
6. Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using our internal CRM system.
7. Achieve and exceed individual performance targets.
Skills & Experience
1. Previous experience in recruitment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
3. Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
