The Role This role is a position to start in the New Academic Year. The Head Teacher is looking for a positive, flexible and creative team player who can work closely with the Class Teacher to resource and adapt planning to support high quality teaching. You will need to bring a confident, calm and consistent manner to the environment to support group work and 1:1 interventions. You will be expected to: Hold high expectations for children's development. Have great experience of positive behaviour management. Communicate clearly with the Class Teacher when assessing children’s development Create a positive learning environment. Work collaboratively to support interventions.
