Immediate job opportunity for a General Production Operator in Logistics with excellent organisational, communication and planning skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Responsible for producing, planning, co-ordinating and controlling the manufactured products to be despatched to clients from the
Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department.
Building good working relationships with colleagues and interaction with the wider organisation is critical in this role. This role will encompass a fully integrated EFACS EPR System, so the ability to document and learn new systems is crucial.
Duties include:
- Supporting Logistics & Purchasing Team Leader in Logistics to attain production targets within budget to meet set targets set by the business.
- Hands on approach, handling specialist responsibilities such as Logistics.
- Adhering to various Operation Procedures within Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department.
-Undertaking training in order to self-develop skills within the Department to maintain a good team culture.
-Ensuring the Purchasing, Stores & Logistics Department is fit for purpose and presented to an excellent, professional standard to satisfy ISO9001:2015 Quality Standards.
-Resolving Logistics technical issues and processes, including maintenance to deal with Quality issues accordingly.
-Liaising with all personnel in all areas of the business and adhere to Health & Safety Standards at all times.
