About the client: Our client is a leading innovator in the field of electric mobility, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of cutting-edge charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs).
With a strong emphasis on sustainability and technological excellence, it offers a comprehensive range of solutions tailored to both public and private sectors.
Job Summary: You will lead and establish the UK business unit, focusing on expanding into the public and private real estate sectors (e.g., parking lots, shopping centres, hotels).
You will drive market development with a proactive, "hunter" approach to client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project supervision.
You will collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners while shaping strategies and acting as the UK market expert, and you will receive consistent support from senior leaders to ensure success and growth in the role.
Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and execute a market entry strategy for UK and identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public and private real estate sectors.
Operations: Oversee project implementation and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage external installation partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.
Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, ideally in the energy or real estate sectors.
Strong understanding of the UK Energy (infrastructure) Market.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
StartUp mentality/StartUp Experience would be good.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing teams is a plus.
Technical understanding of energy solutions is a plus.
Languages: English and French are required.
