We have taken on a great Office Manager job with a Mayfair based investment bank. This is an incredible opportunity to join a firm in an exciting stage of growth. With a team of around 30 in London, and a wider global presence, the company has worked to build a culture focused on professionalism and collaboration. The successful OM candidate will work closely with the Chief of Staff and wider support team to handle the running of the office, facilities, and wider operational support.
THE ROLE:
This Office Manager position is multifaceted, and will offer variety in day-to-day tasks. Duties will include:
* Managing stock and supplies
* Welcoming guests, answering any calls, and receiving post
* Health and safety for the office
* Supporting with an office move
* Management of suppliers and contracts
* Assisting with onboarding processes
* Any other office management needs
* Working with the Chief of Staff on various ad hoc projects
The successful candidate should be an ambitious self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously or within a wider team. Being well organised, hands on, and confident will be crucial for success in this OM position, as well as having prior exposure to office management duties.
