An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of a full time Deputy Care Home Manager at Rawreth Court Care Home based in Rayleigh, Essex. This is a unique career opportunity to become a key member of the nursing team. You must be enthusiastic, motivated with good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile for our residents care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the holistic assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programs of care for residents/clients with Mental Health needs referred to the service. At all times upholding and teaching the Recovery model and reminding mindful of all physical health needs and social inclusion ensuring that anti stigma is upheld.
