£20 - £30 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored English tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Assist students in improving their reading, writing, and comprehension skills
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
* Monitor and track student progress
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with students with SEN
* Strong knowledge of English language and literature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English or related field
* Previous experience as an English tutor, particularly with SEN students
* Demonstrated understanding of SEN teaching methods
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Organisational and time management skills
* Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Experience working in a school or educational setting
This role involves working with students in an educational setting, adapting to different learning needs and environments. Part-time hours are expected, with flexibility in scheduling.
