CS Construction Staffing are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised PPM & Helpdesk Administrator to join our client within a Facilities Management team in Winsford. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation, financial performance, and reporting of a key Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract. As the PPM & Helpdesk Administrator, you’ll be the primary point of contact for PPM coordination, supporting both operational colleagues and clients with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead for the PPM process, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of all planned maintenance activities. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and subcontractors to promote best practices. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to internal and external queries. Raise and receipt purchase orders for goods/services and monitor financial records. Manage and log corrective PPM works in Maximo; raise quotes and purchase orders as required. Monitor and achieve KPIs and SLAs, keeping clients informed of progress. Generate and share monthly KPI reports with management. Collaborate with operations and support teams to identify process improvements and billing opportunities. Ensure work-in-progress levels are kept to a minimum through timely job completion. Coordinate lift inspections and follow up on remedial actions. Manage Fire Risk Assessment actions from quote to completion. Provide backup cover for helpdesk duties including answering calls and job logging. Promote and support customer feedback initiatives. Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in CAFM systems and financial tracking. Able to work independently and within a team. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
