Your Profile
* All-round passion in service delivery management and a strong drive to achieve customer satisfaction.
* 5+ years of experience in service delivery management processes & governance for international customers.
* Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform service delivery management by monitoring and following up the relationship and agreements made with the client.
* Monitor and follow up of the services and invoicing.
* Applying the necessary governance model with monthly and quarterly reviews.
