Job Description
We are currently working with a well-established and reputable national company to recruit a Human Resources Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take on a generalist role with broad exposure across various HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist or advisory HR capacity and will be confident in handling employee relations, policies, procedures, grievance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
2. Assist in the creation, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
3. Manage HR administration processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee offboarding.
4. Lead and manage employee grievance and disciplinary cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with company policies.
5. Advise on and support the implementation of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
6. Ensure all HR records and employee data are accurately maintained and stored confidentially.
