The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Winning new clients through business development
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through regular meetings
* Headhunting top talent through networking sites
* Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
* Preparing candidates for interviews and gathering feedback
* Ensuring you are consulting your network accurately based on market trends and conditions
* Negotiating contracts on behalf of your candidates
* Building up an online brand
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Degree educated OR 6+ months experience working in a sales role
* High level of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
* Money motivation and desire to work alongside commission
* Ambitious and looking for a long-term career
* Strong work ethic and communication skills
