We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Supply Chain team. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00), with occasional out-of-hours availability.
Responsibilities:
1. Entering and managing sales orders onto the company systems.
2. Communicating with customers regarding orders and service issues.
3. Inputting supplier dispatch information and managing stock planning.
4. Coordinating with the procurement and production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
5. Providing planning support for the team during holidays.
6. Maintaining customer and sales data in the system.
Skills and Experience:
1. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
2. Computer literate and able to manage tasks efficiently.
3. Proactive with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
