Role Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policy implementation, and supporting leadership with HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Compliance - Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring adherence to UK employment laws and best practices.
Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations - Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes.
Performance & Development - Support managers in handling employee performance, training, and career progression.
HR Systems & Reporting - Maintain HR records, generate reports on key metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism), and drive HR process improvements.
Culture & Engagement - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, implement wellbeing initiatives, and organise team-building events.
