Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain accurate records and update client data in real-time. 🔹 Prepare and submit payrolls and HMRC returns within deadlines. 🔹 Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory payments. 🔹 Administer client pension schemes and manage timely submissions. 🔹 Provide exceptional customer service and manage client expectations. 🔹 Perform year-end activities, including P60 distribution. 🔹 Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Skills & Experience:
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ✔ Professional, organized approach to workload management. ✔ Effective time management, able to meet strict deadlines. ✔ Self-motivated with excellent communication and numeracy skills. ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a payroll or similar role. ✔ GCSE Maths grade C or above.
