Main duties of the job
Parkside is an accredited training practice providing care to approximately 7000 patients. The practice is located in Camberwell Green, near the local high street and library, with easy access to shops/cafes and good transport links.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.

Job responsibilities

Role Requirements:
* Current NMC Registration.
* Experience of working in a Primary Care environment.
* Commitment to patient care.
* To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers.
* To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality, clinically effective and cost-effective primary care.
* To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required.
* To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate.
