Required from Easter 2025, the Trustees are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, experienced English teacher to teach in our Free school, which opened to Year 7 only in September 2022 and from September 2024 we have students in Y7 – 9. The ability to teach up to GCSE is essential and the ability to teach to A Level desirable. The ability to teach Drama at KS3 for a few years is also desirable. The successful candidate will be joining the team of highly experienced English teachers with the School who work collaboratively with staff at Barton Court Grammar School.
The successful candidate should be able to deliver excellence in the classroom, providing innovative and inspirational teaching and learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to work with colleagues to be part of a vibrant and outstanding department. The post would be suitable for an ECT or an experienced professional looking to further their expertise. Leadership opportunities within the department and school will be available as the school grows.
