Job Title: Accounts Receivable
Location: Belfast, City Centre. Hybrid offered after probation.
Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year and bonus scheme plus great benefits
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm.
About the Role:
Apple Recruitment Services are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual for an exciting Belfast office as an Office Junior / Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance, with full training provided.
You will join a UK wide organisation, based in their modern City Centre, Belfast Office and find the environment a fast paced, stimulating and enjoyable with plenty of training and resources to help you succeed and team activities to build a cohesive team spirit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for posting incoming cash receipts and will have the opportunity to develop their skills further, eventually learning bank reconciliations .
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing and posting incoming cash receipts accurately and efficiently
· Assisting with general accounts administration tasks
· Learning and assisting with bank reconciliations
· Supporting the wider accounts team as required
Criteria:
· A motivated individual with a can-do attitude
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
