A day in the life of…
* As Senior Sales Manager – MICE, your role will be to develop new business and manage existing relationships in the meetings and events segment for the hotel, delivering agreed revenue targets and promoting the Hilton Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 as a unique product in the Heathrow area.
* You’ll use your previous experience and team work to maximise team performance to deliver excellent customer service to world class Hilton standards for all guests.
* As a focal point and key ‘face of the hotel’ you’ll always be an ambassador for the hotel, updating and maintaining the hotels processes for creating a first-class hotel show rounds Fam trips, to stand out from the competition
* As a key team player you’ll work together with all members of the commercial team to achieve team goals and increase the productivity of the department, Assisting in the training and development of new team members when required.
What do we need from you?
* Strong sales, customer service, leadership, organisational, and financial management skills.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and technical skills with event management software and Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to manage and motivate staff to achieve team goals and increase department productivity.
* Keen eye for detail to ensure that all aspects of events are well-coordinated and executed to a high standard.
