Aspiron are exclusively partnered with one of the fastest-growing global leader in their Cyber Security domain., with over 250 employees worldwide and a strong trajectory of growth. The marketing team has been a driving force behind this success, with currently 25 people globally in Marketing.
Role Summary:
As SVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the company’s global marketing efforts to facilitate continued growth and revenue expansion. You will oversee a high-performing team across three key sectors of marketing: Product Marketing, Communications, and Enterprise Growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a strategic role in driving the company’s ARR growth from $30M in 2024 to $50M and beyond, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company’s ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Building:
* Lead, mentor, and grow a marketing team currently composed of 4 heads of departments: Head of Product Marketing, Head of Communications, Head of Enterprise Growth Marketing, and Graphic Designers.
* Establish and refine organizational structures, processes, and management systems to support the next phase of team growth.
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the marketing department and across the company.
* Strategic Planning:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve annual ARR growth targets, scaling from $30M to $50M and beyond.
* Collaborate with the Revenue team to align marketing and sales strategies, driving measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
* Oversee market positioning and go-to-market strategies for the company’s SaaS products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Operational Excellence:
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics across marketing functions to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.
* Facilitate smooth collaboration between marketing and other departments, including product development and sales.
* Drive operational efficiencies and scalability within the marketing organization.
* Execution and Innovation:
* Oversee high-impact campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Champion innovative approaches to marketing in the B2B SaaS space, particularly in cybersecurity and edtech.
* Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing performance.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or edtech.
* Demonstrated ability to scale a marketing organization and drive revenue growth (e.g., from $20M to $30M ARR or beyond).
* Experience managing and growing large teams (15-20+ members) with a focus on building effective organizational structures.
* Strong expertise in product marketing, communications, and enterprise growth strategies.
* Exceptional ability to collaborate with Revenue teams and contribute to pipeline development and sales enablement.
* Adept at managing and reporting to senior leadership, with a strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
* Experience with Product Marketing processes and cross-functional collaboration.
