Based in Edinburgh, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced telesales manager to take on the role of leading this telesales function, providing essential sales guidance.
This position is crucial for driving financial growth, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the smooth operation of both commercial and administrative activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of telesales ledgers, providing leadership and support to the telesales team. You will also be involved in coordinating various administrative tasks to support the overall business operations.
This role requires you to have a telesales leadership background, and a genuine understanding and ability to lead by example in terms of upselling and growing new business.
You will have strong analytical skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with different teams. Your ability to communicate with others will be exceptional as will be your ability to prioritise, plan and organise.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
