About the Role
The Divisional HR Assistant within our Meal Solutions Central division is a pivotal HR support role. The role has a strong administrative focus on Human Resources but also provides the opportunity to be actively involved in organisational change and resource management and other areas within Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide daily HR advice and support for ER queries, support Managers with Employee Relation cases, while assessing any mitigating potential risk.
2. Provide HR administration to support our divisional HR Team, Talent, Communications, Recruitment and Occupational Health Teams.
3. Ensure the accurate monitoring and recording of the case management system.
4. Support the HR team in the administration of the employee cycle processes ensuring that legal compliance is met.
About You
The ideal candidate will have an understanding and some exposure within HR and strong administrative skills looking to grow and excel their career as you will be exposed to undertake project work to contribute to the achievement of HR strategy or the division.
Key Requirements
1. Previous knowledge and experience in a similar HR role is highly desirable.
2. Agility and quick problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
