A DAY IN THE LIFE In the role of Product Owner- Consumer Experience (CX) Evaluation you will lead the process of report creation and the continuous improvement of testing/evaluation methodologies. You will take the lead in testing and report writing on our Automotive User Experience Evaluations (635), editions of Consumer Experience Best Practice reports (645), and champion CX as a subject matter across all our reports. Your responsibilities will include : End to end Project management of CX reports including testing and evaluations. Leading in-vehicle evaluations of vehicle user experience (approx.1 week/qtr, frequency could increase during peak seasons) Applying expertise in analysis and report writing, collaborating with a range of SBD experts to generate actionable insights Developing broad industry and topic awareness and applying methodologies to deliver valuable insights that our clients can action Developing product group improvements through listening to client feedback This role is working in a small team within the Consumer Experience Product Pod, managed by the Analytical Reports Manager, Simon Halford. ABOUT YOU For success in this role, you should demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Previous leadership of Products and/or Projects relating to Human Factors, User Experience and/or Consumer Experience. This includes scoping of new reports, narrative structuring, and writing analysis that gives insight into a complex topic where the reader will be balancing nuanced decisions. Experience of following in-vehicle or simulated user level testing methodologies. Automotive industry experience and be able to quickly understand relationships, dependencies and common characteristics between products. Ability to quickly assimilate fundamentals of new automotive technology topics so that delivery skills can be applied to new products – e.g. comfortable with jumping between connected, EV and ADAS domains. Logical & visual thinker: Able to create slides that convey complex messages. Team focused approach. Interested?
