Senior Quantity Surveyor £75k to £85k per annum + car allowance/package Hertfordshire Due to considerable planned growth, our client, a leading developer of quality homes and sustainable communities in London and Home Counties, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their regeneration team. You will take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the projects, working closely with the CM and the wider team to ensure a successful project is delivered, whilst maintaining relationships and maximising commercial returns and managing risk. You should be commercially aware and influential within the team and wider business, promoting their business in a positive and professional light with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities and skills will include, but not be limited to: Liaise with clients, subcontractors and consultants as required. Assume the responsibility for and administer in a timely manner all project commercial and contractual issues ensuring proper accurate commercial performance, including preparing tenders, analysing and selecting appropriate capable S/C and finalising S/C orders, financial and commercially manage to final account completion Promptly set a formal commercial budget and monitor and review accordingly.
