Non-Emergency Medical Transportation offered at Special Mobility Services
Provides several modes of transportation to Medicaid eligible medical appointments. This must be a client's last source of transportation. Two full business days' notice is required, and requests can be made up to one month in advance.

Free, medical appointment must be Medicaid billed. Clients with Provider One card are eligible.
