Your New Company: Join a renowned manufacturing organisation in the Irvine area, partnering exclusively with Hays, as a Part-Time Payroll Administrator This permanent, office-based role offers flexible working hours, 3 days a week, between Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with an early finish at 4:00 pm on Fridays). Your new role as a Payroll Administrator, you will: Manage end-to-end payroll for 220 weekly and 50 monthly employees Analyse data and check for variances Prepare reports for management Handle bank journals and payroll account reconciliations Administer year-end returns and payments to third parties Manage sundry payroll matters such as P45/P60 What you'll need to succeed to excel in this role, you should have: Relevant payroll experience Proficiency in Excel Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and as part of a team Experience with both weekly and monthly payrolls Note:All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
