What is great about the role? This role offers the chance to work in a flexible environment with a focus on leadership and growth. You'll lead a dedicated team of Supervisors, Multi Skilled Engineers, Surveyors, and Business Support colleagues, playing a key role in delivering high quality, customer focused reactive maintenance services. Where does the role fit in? As part of the Pobl Repairs team, you'll report directly to the Head of Repairs and lead our Reactive Repairs and Planning teams. This is a unique leadership role within a team undergoing an exciting transformation to ensure an excellent customer and colleague experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing quick response repairs, enhancing our service for vulnerable customers, and implementing strategic workforce planning to expand our team's capabilities. You'll also play a part in shaping the future of repairs at Pobl, building strong connections with various departments internally and externally to drive innovation and continually improve our service quality.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication and IT skills. You should excel in preparing specifications, quality inspections, and cost control.
* Experience: Line management in building maintenance, supervising a multi skilled workforce and managing contractors.
* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance, health and safety policies, and housing repairs legislation.

* The salary for this role is £55,846 for a 40 hour full time permanent position
