I am actively recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner with industry experience in Private Care Homes /CQC for a permanent position
Location West Sussex
This will be on site 2 day a week – you manage your own diary
Other days working from home
Salary up to £65,000 plus annual bonus and car allowance (c £4,000) and good benefits
Interview stages – Two.
First stage teams and second will be face to face. Both are competency based
This is a very hands-on HR Ops role. You will be at the heart of operational HR activities and challenges, and the day-to-day tasks that this brings.
Key Activities
Review HR processes
Partner with senior management on HR matters including coaching for best practice
Provide Employee Relations support where needed
Provide high-quality HR services that support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff engagement
Keep abreast of HR best practice, legislative changes, and new developments to continuously develop and improve knowledge
Person specification
CIPD Level 5 or 7
Experience as a HR Business Partner level is essential.
HR industry experience working in private health care /CQC (this is essential
Strong experience working at a senior HR capacity including responsibilities for senior stakeholder management.
Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of HR best practice and a thorough understanding of the practical application of employment law.
Successful experience working collaboratively on change management initiatives and projects.
