Outline Job Description:
1. Take control of the all-day service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast.
2. Cooking and managing meal service.
3. Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after each meal.
4. Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic.
5. Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
6. Ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.
7. Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Head Chef.
8. Ensure all staff under your control are treated fairly and with courtesy.
9. Monitor and ensure that food production, preparation and presentation are of the highest quality.
10. Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
11. Adhere to Health & Safety policies and regulations.
12. Have a good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, equal opportunities, HACCP, and other legislation.
13. To undertake any other duties that the management may reasonably request.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 pa for 45 hours per week.
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year.
