ZeroAvia is seeking a Senior Programme Coordinator to join its Programme Management Office based in Kemble, UK. This exciting role is ideal for candidates with strong technical acumen and organizational abilities interested in pursuing a path toward Programme Management and leadership of complex engineering projects.

Requirements
Responsibilities
* Issue project plans, resources plan, budget plan and maintain them throughout the life of the project in support of the responsible Programme Manager
* Identifying resource requirements, gaps and enabling management prioritization
* Ensuring continous improvement of project costs, resources utilization, time allocation
* Working across teams to help track delivery, improve communications, and identify and solve problems
* Owning the risk management process, identifying and tracking actions, and performing risk reviews
* Supporting preparation and delivery of critical programme gate processes
* Fostering a collaborative working environment with cross-functional teams, including engineering, testing teams, supply chain, and customer support teams according to ZeroAvia’s core principles.
Requirements
* Engineering or similar technical degree-level qualification, able to grasp and comprehend technical issues and fundamentals of new systems, and use this knowledge to support planning and problem-solving
* At least 2 years’ experience working in complex engineering project environments
* Familiar with project management principles, formal training qualifications desirable (i.e. Prince)
* Skilled with project planning/management tools, such as MSP and JIRA.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to delve into technical and programmatic issues to solve problems
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise effort, identify the 80:20 in tasks and multitask
* Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
