Job Description
This position is full time, permanent and can be based anywhere in the UK or EMEA region.
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is required to support and improve the Yardi Voyager technology operating model within EMEA (CBRE European countries), increasing efficiency, improving quality, and enhancing the end user experience.
The primary responsibility will be to support daily European business operations and, where applicable, the roll out and increased utilisation of EMEA’s strategic client accounting solution, Yardi Voyager, along with working on the automation of other functions with Property Management & Accounting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING
* Responsible for delivering reporting requests assigned in line with Business transformation, Product team processes and OLAs (operating level agreements).
* Specification and requirement gathering for Pan-European, Client and internal reporting for CBRE European countries.
* Demonstrate Yardi business processes knowledge by understanding reporting technical specifications provided by internal/external stakeholders.
* Ensuring appropriate approvals are present and collaborate with Yardi Reporting Lead in the creation of Statement of works and change requests (SOWs & CRs) where applicable.
* Testing and validity check for all Pan-European, Client and internal reporting requests.
* Stakeholder management and collaboration e.g. D&T, Business teams, 3rd party service and software providers.
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager both business processes and technical reporting.
* Accountable for ensuring agreed delivery dates are met, or escalated and documented.
* Responsible for prioritising workload in line with business priority (Client, Pan-European, Internal).
* Responsible for ensuring status and updates are kept current in applicable platform advised by Yardi Reporting lead.
TICKETS/SUPPORT
* Provides 3rd line support to European business users for the PMA Yardi Voyager platforms using in-house Service Desk ticket system in line with OLAs.
* Prioritizes and analyses Yardi Voyager issues/incidents raised by 1st line support teams.
* Demonstrate ability to assign tickets back to 1st line support team inline with documented process (Service catalogue) within a timely manner.
* Responsible for working with wider team on Yardi implementations, upgrades, new functionality, and integrity testing upon request of Yardi reporting lead/Lead business analyst.
* Demonstrate the ability to participate in the change process, acting as the role of a change manager.
* Ensures audit/compliance controls are adhered to.
* Assists in the deployment and increased use of the Yardi Voyager Platform within Europe (EMEA), working with the Project Leads/Teams and Business Analysts.
* Follow Product team internal processes i.e. Product intake request form process.
* Scope and documentation of business requirements for CPR’s, optional packages etc.
* Gap analysis between local business solutions and Yardi Voyager PMA platforms.
* Task prioritisation, daily, weekly, monthly.
* Demonstrate problem solving and resolutions to identified problems and share with support teams.
REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position at a global organization.
* Relevant Yardi technology experience.
* Relevant experience using Yardi in a finance role.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and proficiency in another language like German and/or French.
* Ability to inspire and motivate.
* Good planning, presentation, time and project management skills.
* Professional, ethical and persuasive demeanor.
* Innovative and visionary mindset.
* Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
* Experience with real estate accounting software, specifically Yardi Voyager.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA and globally, especially in those countries utilising Yardi Voyager.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate terminology, principles and compliance.
* Ability to analyse complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
