Job Description:
As a Technology Recruiter, you’ll source, screen, and hire top tech talent within your vertical. You’ll work with hiring managers to align recruitment with client needs, ensuring we attract the best professionals in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop client relationships and win new business.
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.
* Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
* Ensure a great candidate experience and stay updated on industry trends.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience as a successful 360 Technology Recruiter.
* Deep understanding of the tech job market and industry-specific skills.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.
* Familiarity with programming languages or technical certifications.
* Experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.
