Key Responsibilities
Be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring all tenants, contractors, and visitors receive a first-class experience.
Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly site inspections, ensuring building compliance and managing contractors effectively.
Maintain property records, ensure safe working practices, review RAMS and fire safety plans, and manage evacuations.
Keep logbooks updated, report faults or incidents, and communicate changes or updates to tenants.
Participate in tendering and reviewing contracts while identifying opportunities to enhance services.
Review and set building operation procedures, always looking for ways to improve the overall experience.What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a facilities management, reception, or building management role.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
