Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 1-2 years in product development (fashion industry preferred)
Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Buying, or a related field
Skills: Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Product Manager in developing and producing collections
2. Allocate tech packs to factories for sampling
3. Create and update style specs and grading across various sizes and territories
4. Approve fit samples and provide comments on prototypes (Proto, PPS, PS)
5. Maintain sampling and production trackers/line lists
6. Work with factories to clarify tech pack details alongside the design team
7. Ensure brand compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
8. Coordinate with factories on sample tracking, fabric submissions, and lab dips
9. Prepare shipping reports and communicate production updates to the team
10. Participate in fit sessions, measure samples, and update feedback workbooks
11. Monitor critical path deadlines and ensure all targets are met
12. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams in cross-functional meetings
