My client is an established Digital Agency who specialise in web design, development and digital marketing services (SEO & PPC), with a focus on creating user-friendly websites that drive results, alongside tailored SEO campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and sales for clients. They also provide services like eCommerce solutions, branding, hosting, and content management systems (CMS). The agency has worked with various clients across different industries, offering both creative and functional online solutions. They are based in the Birmingham City Centre Area, UK and have clients across Europe and the US from all industries including Retail, Fashion, E-Commerce, Entertainment, Sports, Travel, Manufacturing and more. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. Actively hunting & seeking new opportunities/leads through all avenues e.g cold calling, emails, attending events, meetings, engaging potential clients, e.t.c Think critically when planning to assure project success Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented SALARY - Up to £45,000 Fixed Base - (All Negotiable depending on experience) Bonus (OTE UNCAPPED)
