Job summary The post holder will support the Cardiac Division including Cardiology, Cardiac surgery and transplant but with a focus on Cardiac Surgery at Wythenshawe Hospital in the planning, co-ordination and evaluation of education and training. They will work closely with the general ward education teams and ward managers, ensuring education is standardised across all areas. The role will involve supporting nurses in the phase 2 of ERAS C bay gain enhanced recovery after surgery skills, such as inotropes, arterial and central line care, nasal high flow and noradrenaline use.
