Description
Business Partnering - Work closely with senior leaders across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-making. Financial Analysis - Deliver high-quality analysis on financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities. Budgeting & Forecasting - Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. KPI Development - Define and track key performance indicators, ensuring financial data drives commercial performance. Cost & Margin Analysis - Provide deep-dive analysis on profitability, costs, and margins to optimise business efficiency. Scenario Modelling - Conduct financial modelling to assess potential business strategies and investment opportunities. Process Improvement - Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial reporting and decision-making.
Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with post-qualification experience. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling and data interpretation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is desirable. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other financial reporting tools.
