Facilities Office Manager – Wigan – up to £35,000 KPI Recruiting have partnered with a highly reputable organisation, who are recruiting for a Facilities Office Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working alongside the Facilities staff, Site Supervision team and contractors to ensure efficient running of the organisation across all 5 locations. You will be: Managing a small team of office staff – managing and organising rotas, distributing workloads efficiently and providing first line support Liaising closely with contractors, service providers and suppliers to schedule and oversee planned and reactive maintenance works Monitoring and reporting all accidents, near misses and first aid incidents Assisting with site security and emergency evacuations, monitoring all Health, Safety, Estates and Premises Management processes and policies Ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place within all departments of the organisation for H&S including; First Aid, Fire, Risk Assessments, MHE, PPE, Lockdown Working and managing budgets relating to facilities management and planned maintenance – lead on planning, scheduling, costing and tendering as well as the project management of estate improvement projects Supporting the management of Capital Projects across all sites ensuring compliance is maintained and all works are procured in line with regulations Ensuring appropriate H&S training for all employees is undertaken and up to date You will have: The ability to work in a reactive, fast paced environment Experience working within the estates / construction industry (or similar) Experience in the monitoring and reviewing of policies and procedures A qualification in Health and Safety / First Aid (preferred) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm Company Benefits: 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, free on-site parking, pension scheme, development opportunities and more… INDCOM
