About Our Client
My client is a specialist financial services business, with 10 offices across Europe, the US, and Asia, with this role based at their Whiteley site.
Job Description
1. Be responsible for inputting payments provided by the administration teams, working within prescribed timeframes to ensure payment deadlines are met and payments are delivered to a high standard.
2. Proficient with all banking platforms regarding input of payments and operation of accounts.
3. Perform daily cash management tasks across multiple bank accounts. Be familiar with banking and payment processes, including billing, cash collection, formatting, and systems.
4. Review the efficiency of current payments processes and recommend improvements.
5. Manage the upload of all payment spreadsheets.
6. Investigate and clear reconciliation items within the payments process promptly.
7. Collaborate with the Operations Team to review a shortlist of new payment platforms.
8. Create new beneficiary templates for regular suppliers and investors.
