Job overview:
* Drive projects and conduct advanced analytics on related service data using more complex statistical analysis approaches and tools.
* Identify and suggest innovations for data analytics approaches to more effectively detect insights on service process & performance.
* Develop data visualization methodologies and tools to present feedback data analytics findings to management.
* Provide guidance to other stakeholders by using customer insights to support decision-making in operational functions.
* Review and identify ways to improve service data usage, data quality and data management.
Key responsibilities:
* Work with all relevant parties/stakeholders to collate business requirements; undertake and initiate any data analytics requests as directed by management.
* Participate in data management workgroup and committees to drive and support cluster/institution data analytics initiatives.
* Lead and support in problem analysis, opportunities identification, improvement measures definition and proposal recommendation to supervisor, workgroup and management.
* Support the curation and maintenance of data catalogue, Business Intelligence/AI projects, etc. Guide and provide advice to users on the right datasets to be used.
* Review and support the users in the report enhancement.
* Plan, design & implement various Service Business Analyst Tools by utilizing related technology including AI/Machine Learning, to provide best-in-class business intelligence opportunity internally, be able to perform business both in a proactive way and reactive way.
* Secure UDIS Aftersales internal awareness & competence to make best use of Business Analytic Tools.
* Any other duties that are required to support the team’s objectives.
Main competence requirements:
* At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Fast learner with an eye for details, proactive and self-motivated team player.
* Flexible, open to new ideas and able to implement solutions effectively and independently.
* Customer service-oriented and strong analytical mind with inclination for problem solving.
* Ability to think analytically and critically, identify relevant data, and analyze huge datasets using advanced data management and analytics tools (e.g. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.).
* Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python is a merit.
* Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence, including algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
* Good analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
* Good written and presentation skills.
* Able to interact and work well with people at all levels.
* Knowledge of automotive aftermarket is a merit.
* Good communication skills (writing and oral), in English.
* Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
