Role Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Night/Early Morning Operations Associates to join our Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking tech company, supporting customers and partners in real-time to ensure smooth travel experiences. These are high impact roles that make a difference for our customers. The successful candidate will likely have experience supporting operations in a fast-paced ‘start-up’ environment. Several roles are available across Monday to Sunday 4am to 8.30am and 6pm to midnight but we can be flexible on days and hours worked. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor bookings to ensure timely pick-ups and seamless journeys for our transport, travel, and mobility customers. Communicate effectively with service providers to resolve any delays or issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Engage directly with customers to ensure we deliver a world class service and exceed their expectations and requirements. Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, escalating to other departments as needed and reacting quickly if things go wrong. Support cross-functional teams, including customer service, product, and technical teams, by providing operational insights and real-time updates. Monitor network performance and work with key stakeholders to ensure proactivity in implementing improvements. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in travel, transport is desirable but not essential. Previous operations support in a fast moving environment, preferably with a fast paced start-up. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service. Flexibility to work during night and early morning hours, with reliability and consistency.
