RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Go To Market Manager to join our Consumer retention team on a permanent basis.
This is ahybrid role working 2 days a week from ourBradley Stokeoffice and 3 days working from home.
As a Go To Market Manager you will bring high quality insight and leadership to our planning and development processes. Working closely with our operational teams, you will align plans and strategies to meet our retention targets, ensuring the end-to-end delivery of key programmes are delivered to the appropriate time, budget and scope. You will take ownership of the retention commercial proposition roadmap and make sure that our delivery teams and stakeholders are all aligned throughout.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and influential skills, along with excellent stakeholder management.
What you will do
Coordinate and deliver the plan as set by the Head of Commercial Proposition
Work with the Commercial Props & Renewal CX teams to ensure we deliver the churn expectations.
Drive, motivate and manage stakeholders to deliver in-flight changes to our proposition
Influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate priority is given to retention ideas, tests and permanent change
