Employee Relations Specialist £220 p/day - 3 month contract - Hybrid A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist. The role of Employee Relations Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for ER case management for a specific part of the business. Working with Line Managers and HR colleagues supporting on a number of ER processes including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement etc. Working with both employee and employer to resolve issues to ensure situations are resolved fairly. Duties and responsibilities: Work with the ER Manager, provide advice and support to line manager, employees and HR on a range of issues including performance management, conduct issues, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working requests and workplace concerns. Ensure that ER investigations are conducted thoroughly and fairly. Liaise and coach line managers on performance processes. Support the wider team on wider ER issues. Provide documentation and follow ups. Required Skills and Experience: Ideally CIPD and degree level qualified or equivalent Good written and verbal skills Strong understanding of employment law Strong consultancy and problem-solving skills.
