We are expanding our Regeneration Legal Group to support Manchester’s strategy – blending property, planning, and regeneration work to create the vibrant future we all envision.
We have a number of legal officer roles, offering opportunities to get involved in some of the most interesting legal work in the city at the beginning of your legal career. In this role you will:
- undertake your own varied case load and have the opportunity to work alongside senior officers on more complex regeneration transactions.
- work with and build strong working relationships across teams and clients.
- Provide effective advice and representation on matters related to a wide range of commercial and regeneration legal work such as contracts, procurement, and grant funding
- Draft, agree and complete commercial agreements, and documents.
- Have the opportunity to work alongside senior officers on more complex regeneration transactions
We would love to hear from you if you hold one of the following qualifications, or equivalent: CILEX Professional Diploma in Law (Level 3); law degree; LPC, PGDL
and are able to demonstrate how you meet the requirements you'll find on the role profile.
