This role offers the unique chance to focus your skills on one child at a time, creating a lasting, positive impact with the full support of an experienced and committed team.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll lead a solo placement home where your main focus is on delivering high-quality, individualised care. You’ll drive the success of the home by ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and cultivating an environment where the child in your care can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. * Tailored Care Plans: Develop and implement individualised care and behaviour management plans, aiming to help the child build resilience and reach their full potential.
* Create a Safe, Nurturing Environment: Establish a home atmosphere where the child feels valued, secure, and empowered to grow.
* Collaborative Working: Maintain effective communication with the child, family members, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home complies with Ofsted standards, safeguarding regulations, and all relevant legislation.
* Efficient Management: Oversee budgeting, staffing, and administrative duties to keep the home operating smoothly.
* Drive Improvement: Regularly assess service delivery, implementing improvements where necessary and setting a strong example for the team.
