Hours: 350 hours a year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Typically this will involve working ten hours per week, two hours per day

Coughton Court is one of England's finest Tudor houses and has been home to the Throckmorton family for 600 years. Coughton has fine collections of furniture, family portraits and Catholic memorabilia which help us share the story of 'One House, One Family, One Faith - a family's struggle to remain true to its faith'. The house is set in award-winning gardens including the spectacular Walled Garden and orchards. Coughton has been undergoing a large-scale conservation project for the last 17 months and welcoming visitors throughout. This year we will be welcoming visitors to experience ‘Coughton Uncovered’ and the finished project.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be working with the Facilities Co-ordinator and 5 seasonal Welcome and Service Assistants, to deliver exceptional customer service everyday for our visitors.
As the Facilities Assistant, you'll assist with the day to day cleanliness and presentation of the National Trust’s buildings and outdoor spaces. You’ll turn your practical hand to all sorts of cleaning and minor maintenance ensuring all our facilities are kept in good working order. You'll also be asked to help with some manual work such as unloading deliveries.
Duties such as toilet cleaning, sweeping and litter picking will form a core part of the role, both inside and outdoors. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the area by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.
