About Us
Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to support. Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely. About The Role
This role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming, organised environment. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing clinic supplies, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the team. A reliable and adaptable approach is essential to maintain clinic efficiency and security.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Meeting and greeting clients, patients, families and other visitors.
* Ensuring all visitors are signed in and have appropriate visitor passes.
* Ensuring waiting area remains a calm, welcoming, clean and tidy environment.
* Maintaining PPE stocks in PPE stations, escalating requirements to the Facilities Manager.
* Reporting any maintenance/decor issues to the maintenance team.
* Taking deliveries and ensuring these are appropriately dealt with.
* Answering and handling calls in a friendly and professional manner, checking answer machines and returning calls where applicable.
Person Specification
* Excellent communicators with a strong customer service focus.
* Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
