Basic Requirements: Emotional intelligence Experience of prioritising tasks Knowledge of discretion and confidentiality Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word etc. Attention to detail Duties and Responsibilities: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the relevant documentation is sent/received and saved on IRIS HR Liaise with relevant departments to ensure new starters are inducted and are set up on the necessary systems Issue and save all employee life cycle documents to IRIS HR Provide administrative support to a variety of HR projects Accurately input and update employee data on IRIS HR Manage the Birthday Club Manage the HR & Jobs inbox, direct messages to the relevant people Collecting HR information for internal and external audits Completing monthly LTO reports Monitor and maintain employee attendance records Support employee off boarding processes Coordinate with engagement activities such as lunch & learns and charity events Update and maintain organizational charts Arrange and schedule interviews What you can expect from us: Ongoing commitment and support towards personal development, regular personal reviews, structured career path and personal funding set aside for training in an annual training bank account.
