Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring exceptional service and a friendly environment.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team, promoting teamwork and customer service excellence.
* Use your cooking expertise to create and prepare delicious homemade menu items.
* Manage inventory, budgets, and optimise both kitchen and bar performance.
* Increase private event bookings and drive business growth.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
* Engage with the local community and build lasting relationships to boost repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing a pub or restaurant, with hands-on cooking skills.
* Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on team development.
* Financial management experience, including budgeting and stock control.
* Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
* A creative flair for menu development and passion for culinary excellence.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
